1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of reddytomove, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
reddytomove provides courier and delivery services for documents, parcels, and other items as agreed upon with the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service for any item that violates our policies or local laws.
3. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted for delivery:
- Illegal substances or drugs
- Weapons or ammunition
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods without proper packaging
- Live animals
- Currency or negotiable instruments
- Any item prohibited by law
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and service level selected. All charges must be paid in advance unless credit terms have been established. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. reddytomove is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability.
6. Liability
reddytomove' liability for loss or damage is limited to the actual value of the goods or ₹5,000, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance coverage is purchased. We are not liable for consequential damages.
7. Claims
Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items). Supporting documentation including proof of value may be required.
8. Right to Inspect
reddytomove reserves the right to open and inspect any package to verify contents or ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
10. Amendments
reddytomove reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
